Terms and Conditions – PHJoy Link Online Gaming Philippines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PHJoy Link platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and related features available at phjoylink.net (the "Platform"). • You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically present in a jurisdiction where access to PHJoy Link is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another person, or registering under a false identity, is strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either through PHJoy Link or through any applicable regulatory scheme.
• You have not previously had a PHJoy Link account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

One account per person: Each person may hold only one registered account on PHJoy Link. Creating multiple accounts — including through different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. PHJoy Link may require you to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable identity documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driving licence.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your PHJoy Link account login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including PHJoy Link staff. Our support team will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your PHJoy Link account — do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PHJoy Link support immediately at support@phjoylink.net.

PHJoy Link will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. However, if we determine that unauthorised access occurred as a result of a breach on the PHJoy Link platform itself, we will take appropriate corrective action.

PHJoy Link uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our platform. We store passwords using industry-standard hashing algorithms. We will never ask you to send your password by email, SMS, or chat.

All transactions on PHJoy Link are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). There are no foreign currency conversion fees.

Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your PHJoy Link wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes.

Withdrawals: You may withdraw your real-money balance to any Philippine payment method you have previously used to deposit, subject to identity verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete in under 15 minutes. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) typically complete on the same business day. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for GCash transactions.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (anti-money laundering requirement).
• PHJoy Link reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not applied selectively.
• PHJoy Link does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your GCash, Maya, or bank app.
• Large jackpot or unusual withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification, which PHJoy Link aims to complete within 24 hours.
• Bonus credits are not withdrawable until the associated rollover requirement has been fully met. Winnings generated from bonus credits are withdrawable once rollover conditions are satisfied.

The following general bonus terms apply to all PHJoy Link promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Rollover requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 5x for sports bets and 20x for casino games. Each promotion's specific rollover is stated on the relevant offer page.
• Bonus expiry: Welcome bonuses expire 30 days from the date of deposit. Weekly cashback expires 7 days from credit date. Expired bonus balances are removed without affecting your real-money wallet.
• Eligible games: Sports bets count 100% toward sports bonus rollover. Casino and slot games count 100% toward casino bonus rollover. Void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets do not count toward rollover.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Winnings generated from bonus credits are capped at 5x the original bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• One bonus at a time: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member per account. Members may not simultaneously hold multiple overlapping bonuses of the same type unless PHJoy Link explicitly permits this on the promotion page.

PHJoy Link reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where material changes affect active bonus balances. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting patterns specifically targeting bonus terms — may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

All bets, wagers, and game sessions on PHJoy Link are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game type or sports market, in addition to these general Terms.

• Sports betting: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. PHJoy Link follows industry-standard settlement rules for draws, postponements, and abandoned events.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at PHJoy Link's discretion. We reserve the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted and confirmed before market suspension remain valid.
• Casino and live dealer games: Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (digital games) or monitored physical dealing (live dealer games). All game outcomes are final once confirmed on-screen.
• Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. PHJoy Link publishes the RTP for every slot title. Displayed jackpot amounts are indicative and update in real time.
• Sabong: Sabong betting on PHJoy Link follows official match results from the applicable live streaming partner. Bets on matches where technical issues prevent official result confirmation will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game or market before you place a bet. PHJoy Link reserves the right to adjust individual member bet limits at its discretion in cases of suspected irregular activity.

PHJoy Link reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed using obvious errors in odds or payouts (palpable errors). In such cases, the stake is returned to the member's wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PHJoy Link. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software (bots, scrapers, AI-assisted betting tools, or macros) to access or interact with the Platform without prior written permission from PHJoy Link.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, baccarat, or any other game with a social or competitive element.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in PHJoy Link systems. If you discover an error, you must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Registering more than one account, using another person's account, or creating an account under a false identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the PHJoy Link platform, game content, or intellectual property.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or otherwise impairs PHJoy Link infrastructure or services.

By accessing PHJoy Link, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from PHJoy Link without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software running on the Platform.
• Use the PHJoy Link brand, logo, or name in any manner that could imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express written permission.
